Being a caregiver
can be tough.
Losing your independence
can be tougher.
The difference is that your loved one has you.
Who do you have? As a caregiver of a parent
and a disabled child, our mission here at
Caregiver Hands is to provide the support,
tools, and resources you need to be confident,
organized, at peace with the care
you are providing for your loved one.
CAREGIVER HELPING HANDS
You look after your loved one.
Who looks after you?
At some point everyone needs to be heard and understood. Sometimes you need to discuss personal
challenges and to vent with someone who has no personal opinion about your situation or the people
involved in it. That's what coaching provides.
With Caregiver Helping Hands you always have someone to support you, encourage you and inspire you.
This is not the family life you dreamed of.
The weekly trips to doctors and appointments. The uncertainty of what today will be like. The fleeting
moments of spontaneity as self care takes a backseat. The days of missed work and the
disappointment of having to create excuses for problems you didn’t create. The concern of whether
your loved one is going to be okay.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
A mom and a daughter, only child in fact.
I have been caring for my mom for five years now. I have a spouse and three children. I have decided to dedicate myself to other caregivers who have been put in the position of caring for a loved one, whether it is a parent, child or other relative.
We share a connection which comes for the heart and I am here to support you, You do not have to do it alone.
